Welcome to the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Video Exercise web site. The goal of our DVD’s is to present and reinforce rehabilitation exercise for patients who are considering or recovering from orthopedic knee, hip or shoulder surgery.

In addition to working with your Physical Therapist and Surgeon, you can use the DVD to adhere to proper technique and reinforce instructions from your health care provider.

Our video will ensure you are doing exercise properly and give you choices to work the muscles you need to strengthen.

All of the exercises are designed for home or gym. Our DVD’s are professionally crafted, in consultation with licensed physical therapists and presented by a leading athletic trainer.
